Rune Kellberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andy Molander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Per-Olof Bryngelsson took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nathanial Duckworth. Nathanial Duckworth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Stenman in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andy Molander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bolli Elin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes, Bolli Elin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åttesta BK and the Agunnaryd IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bolli Elin kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Per-Olof Bryngelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nathanial Duckworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Olof Bryngelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Agunnaryd IF's zone, Bolli Elin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nathanial Duckworth came out of the goal and Bolli Elin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Agunnaryd IF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Åttesta BK were winning 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Torsten Holmgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agunnaryd IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Torsten Holmgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andy Molander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agunnaryd IF's Nathanial Duckworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolli Elin in the 53rd minute of play.
