A nice corner shot did that Andreas Ekgren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vykan Víkingsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Måns Wallin struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Witalis Merski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blåränderna DIF. Vykan Víkingsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Johansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pattaya Dolphins F.C getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Thomas Ahlstedt hit a great ball. Vykan Víkingsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Olsson in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the game Håkan Apelquist made a throw-in which Karl-Michael Hammarbäck played forward. Sune Kellberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vykan Víkingsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Vykan Víkingsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sune Kellberg in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Kellberg in the 25th minute of play forced Blåränderna DIF's goalkeeper Vykan Víkingsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Thomas Johansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Blåränderna DIF's Vykan Víkingsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikael Olsson in the 43rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sune Kellberg in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vykan Víkingsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Sune Kellberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Vykan Víkingsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vykan Víkingsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Hammarbäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vykan Víkingsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Sune Kellberg had several of the Blåränderna DIF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 95 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Vykan Víkingsson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pattaya Dolphins F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
