Spectators: 7720 (Terracing: 5791, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Peter Sumendap kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Marcelinho Gonçalves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peter Sumendap struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Ding Martínez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newcastle United FC. Marcelinho Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ding Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelinho Gonçalves hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Newcastle United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Albohm to maneuver through the defense. If Hampus Hydén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Hampus Hydén's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jack Blom was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Peter Sumendap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ding Martínez having to interfere. Jack Blom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Zelarayan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Tomás Zelarayan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jack Blom was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th match minute, BK Viljan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Nyman to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Marcelinho Gonçalves made a precise shot to the right of Ding Martínez. BK Viljan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 28th minute, Peter Sumendap ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ding Martínez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Ding Martínez was a little too slow when Marcelinho Gonçalves got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 4-1. BK Viljan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Marcelinho Gonçalves scored to the left of an out of position Ding Martínez, making the score, 5-1. Osvald Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomás Zelarayan during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Tomás Zelarayan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Zelarayan might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jack Blom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomás Zelarayan ran back to his position shaking his head. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sverker Nyman to make the kick off. A collision led to BK Viljan getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Hampus Hydén hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, BK Viljan's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelinho Gonçalves came free, but Ding Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ding Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Sumendap in the 54th minute of play. Jack Blom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hampus Hydén, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ding Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César de Senna in the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelinho Gonçalves in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ding Martínez saved BK Viljan from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, Peter Sumendap had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ding Martínez. BK Viljan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Sumendap was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Peter Sumendap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Newcastle United FC made a substitution. Casper Sundström replaced Marcelinho Gonçalves. BK Viljan's Ding Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Sundström in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, BK Viljan's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Sundström came free, but Ding Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Sundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ding Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Sumendap took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ding Martínez. Ding Martínez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Newcastle United FC's Peter Sumendap got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ding Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casper Sundström in the 87th minute of play. Casper Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Newcastle United FC had won after a very even match.
