Erlend Øvereng's late challenge caught a Riala Goif's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erlend Øvereng helped the player get up and apologised. 11 minutes into the match, Symphony Blue's goalkeeper Dennis Berg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvin Rosin. Erlend Øvereng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Tom Bur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erlend Øvereng might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tom Bur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erlend Øvereng ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute, Erlend Øvereng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tom Bur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Erlend Øvereng kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Tom Bur came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Symphony Blue's Walter Hård. But to his dismay, Walter Hård quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 26th minute, André Lameirinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Alvin Rosin could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Dennis Berg however easily saved by the left post. In the 32nd minute, Alvin Rosin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dennis Berg. The goal made the score 1-2. Tom Bur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Dahlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. A collision led to Symphony Blue getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Walter Hård hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Riala Goif's Francois Ballette got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 39th minute of the match Irinel Stanca sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tom Bur skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Riala Goif getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ingvar Söderlund hit a great ball. Van Lentz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dennis Berg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The Riala Goif players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Symphony Blue were winning 1-2.

Marko Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Riala Goif's goalkeeper Tom Bur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walter Hård. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Van Lentz in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Berg saved Symphony Blue from getting behind. In the 62ndth minute of the game Van Lentz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Symphony Blue's Dennis Berg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Symphony Blue's goalkeeper Dennis Berg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marko Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Marko Dahlgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tom Bur was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 80 minutes into the match, Walter Hård dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tom Bur, 1-4. In the 83rd match minute, Symphony Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Ek to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Symphony Blue's goal looked a bit too open when Jesper Biörkman came free, but Dennis Berg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Riala Goif's Ingvar Söderlund got a free kick in the 86th minute. Tom Bur was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Marko Dahlgren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marko Dahlgren really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Symphony Blue's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
