Symphony Blue's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erlend Øvereng in the 4th minute. The corner led Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng to fire away a dangerous shot which Karl-Oskar Gustavsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 7th minute, Szczepan Januszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Marko Dahlgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl-Oskar Gustavsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Marko Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marko Dahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Oskar Gustavsson having to interfere. Dennis Berg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Arvidsson in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Sven Arvidsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Berg was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 28thth minute of the game Erlend Øvereng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resarö Maffian's Karl-Oskar Gustavsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Erlend Øvereng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Oskar Gustavsson was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Karl-Oskar Gustavsson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 31st minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Karl-Oskar Gustavsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marko Dahlgren went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Oskar Gustavsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Resarö Maffian's Karl-Oskar Gustavsson got control of the ball when Marko Dahlgren tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erlend Øvereng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Agne Kvarnström suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 51 minutes into the game, Marko Dahlgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Symphony Blue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resarö Maffian the free kick. Resarö Maffian made a substitution. Folke Aleberg replaced Agne Kvarnström. Karl-Oskar Gustavsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Hård in the 54th minute of the match. Walter Hård hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The Symphony Blue fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walter Hård during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Walter Hård kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Dennis Berg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Resarö Maffian's Karl-Oskar Gustavsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlend Øvereng in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Erlend Øvereng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl-Oskar Gustavsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Walter Hård sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Symphony Blue's goalkeeper Dennis Berg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven Arvidsson. After 82 played minutes Resarö Maffian got a freekick which was hit by Kent Brander. After having played for 86 minutes, Marko Dahlgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Symphony Blue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marko Dahlgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Symphony Blue:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Resarö Maffian:s goal. In the 91st minute of the match Resarö Maffian's Anton Coja broke free and sent away a ball that went into the goal by the right post. 7-1. Symphony Blue's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
