After a rather tough play, JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA's Kelechi Iheanacho got a free kick in the 4th minute. Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Erlend Øvereng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Juvenal Rocha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 11 minutes, 倪烽桑 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA and the Symphony Blue players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Symphony Blue booed when JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. 倪烽桑 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juvenal Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Dahlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Erlend Øvereng got in the 19th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Juvenal Rocha handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Erlend Øvereng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Juvenal Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA's goal looked a bit too open when Erlend Øvereng came free, but Juvenal Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31stth minute of the game Erlend Øvereng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA's Juvenal Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juvenal Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlend Øvereng in the 35th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Erlend Øvereng got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Juvenal Rocha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ludvig Blomberg hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute Marko Dahlgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 played minutes JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA got a freekick which was hit by 倪烽桑. After taking down the ball on Symphony Blue's corner Erlend Øvereng fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juvenal Rocha quite easily take care of the ball. In the 45th match minute, JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normando Bulhosa to maneuver through the defense. If Marko Dahlgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ludvig Petersson made a kick off. Tommy Lennartsson hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Erlend Øvereng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Juvenal Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erlend Øvereng was slow to take the kick. During this time Symphony Blue's players had a chance to rest. Kent Bergvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Berg having to interfere. Juvenal Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlend Øvereng in the 61st minute of play. Juvenal Rocha had great luck who in the 63rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Erlend Øvereng from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. If Erlend Øvereng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 69th minute, Ludvig Petersson made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Berg. Symphony Blue's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA's goalkeeper Juvenal Rocha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erlend Øvereng got free with Juvenal Rocha in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Symphony Blue's Erlend Øvereng slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juvenal Rocha. That made the score 1-2 after 79 minutes of play. Juvenal Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlend Øvereng in the 85th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ludvig Petersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Berg was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erlend Øvereng in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juvenal Rocha saved JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA from getting behind. Erlend Øvereng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juvenal Rocha having to interfere. When 倪烽桑 was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. The JÖNKÖPING SÖDRA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Symphony Blue's performance. The match ended with a win for Symphony Blue.
