The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonard Qvarnström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iwan Fafinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malte Brummer, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Leonard Springfält kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tord Gustafsson in the 90th minute of play forced Växjö fc's goalkeeper Iwan Fafinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute of the match Smurfarna got a corner. Växjö fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elliott Dalman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Elliott Dalman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iwan Fafinski. Växjö fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Iwan Fafinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Malte Brummer went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. Smurfarna walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
