In the 8th match minute, FC Korsband was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Vesterberg to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesper Biörkman in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sixten Gustavsson saved FC Korsband from getting behind. Ulf Bengtsson hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Sixten Gustavsson came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Riala Goif's Van Lentz. But to his dismay, Van Lentz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After having played for 32 minutes, Jesper Biörkman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riala Goif's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesper Biörkman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Bammerman during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Korsband booed when Riala Goif was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tebogo Mandla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes FC Korsband got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Andersson. Sixten Gustavsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Lameirinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filip Bammerman to make the kick off. If Robert Sjödin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filip Bammerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerry Vesterberg kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A hard shot 62 in the game by Van Lentz from a close distance when the talented Sixten Gustavsson managed to make a qualified save. FC Korsband's players were relieved. After 62 played minutes FC Korsband got a freekick which was hit by Richard Lange. 65 minutes into the match, Van Lentz notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FC Korsband's Sixten Gustavsson. Sixten Gustavsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Birger Axelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Van Lentz took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixten Gustavsson. Sixten Gustavsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. FC Korsband's Sixten Gustavsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesper Biörkman in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Richard Lange managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Korsband's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Lange was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Bur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FC Korsband's Jerry Vesterberg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Riala Goif played a much better game than FC Korsband and deserved their victory. The FC Korsband players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
