Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reine Jansson to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Nou Mercat Club de Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Måns Nord. A sloppy throw-in by Eddie Strömbom in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Järla IF's Ove Lång. Järla IF's Oskar Sundén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Vesterberg in the 53rd minute of play.
