Dorel Lupșe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Falkrans in the 3rd minute of play. Karl Åhlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Gilbert Lange made a precise shot to the right of Dorel Lupșe. Besiktas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Besiktas's Ismael Belmiro got a free kick in the 13th minute. Dorel Lupșe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Lange in the 14th minute of play. After a good free kick, Ismael Belmiro got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Stolpskottet Väsby BK. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Svante Falkrans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Svante Falkrans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorel Lupșe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Svante Falkrans notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Besiktas's Dorel Lupșe. Dorel Lupșe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Stolpskottet Väsby BK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nicolae Pașcalău hit a great ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Jörn Magnusson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörn Magnusson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilbert Lange in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorel Lupșe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Jens-Ove Kihlberg got control of the ball when Mark Forssberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Besiktas's zone, Gilbert Lange stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorel Lupșe came out of the goal and Gilbert Lange tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Ismael Belmiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens-Ove Kihlberg. The goal made the score 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Svante Falkrans made the kick off in the second half. Karl Åhlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jens-Ove Kihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Rudkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilbert Lange got free with Dorel Lupșe in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Tingberg kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sonny Carlberg in the 58th minute of play forced Stolpskottet Väsby BK's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Kihlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ove Kihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Forssberg in the 62nd minute of play. Karl Åhlberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Dorel Lupșe made a huge save. In the 68th minute Philip Rudkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ove Kihlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Besiktas's goalkeeper Dorel Lupșe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Gilbert Lange ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dorel Lupșe. Dorel Lupșe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Stolpskottet Väsby BK made a substitution. Kilian Mbappè replaced Necip Mutluer. Dorel Lupșe made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Svante Falkrans sent off a good shot on target. Dorel Lupșe came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Stolpskottet Väsby BK's Gilbert Lange. But to his dismay, Gilbert Lange quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 93rd minute, Karl Åhlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stolpskottet Väsby BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
