In the 17th minute, Jens-Ove Lindsten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nico Gala was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Lindholmens IF's Nico Gala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Lindholmens IF from getting a goal against them. During this time Köppens Kamrater's players had a chance to rest. Hermínio Meireles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Nico Gala made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ove Lindsten in the 36th minute of play forced Lindholmens IF's goalkeeper Nico Gala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 50th minute, one of Lindholmens IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lindholmens IF. 53 minutes into the game, Köppens Kamrater's Hermínio Meireles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nico Gala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Hermínio Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nico Gala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Lindholmens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Simão came free, but Nico Gala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute Jens-Ove Lindsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Gala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Patrik Axelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Nico Gala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jens-Ove Lindsten's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermínio Meireles in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nico Gala prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
