Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) After 7 played minutes FC Utmarken got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Lövkvist. Torsten Ståhlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Forss having to interfere. Arne Levander took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inge Qvarnström. Inge Qvarnström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Herman Nordström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Forss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Arne Östlund in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Torsten Ståhlberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albert Forss. FC Utmarken's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torsten Ståhlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Vidar Busk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Forss stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingvar Damm's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Inge Qvarnström stood somewhat misplaced when Vidar Busk came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 33 minute. Inge Qvarnström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Åke Arenstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Åke Arenstedt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. FC Utmarken's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Inge Qvarnström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arne Levander went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice moves Arne Levander could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Inge Qvarnström however easily saved by the left post. Vidar Busk had several of the Lindesberg RK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 48 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Inge Qvarnström as he didn't even see the shot coming.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arne Levander to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Åke Lövkvist in the 58th minute of play forced Lindesberg RK's goalkeeper Inge Qvarnström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Marcus Ek in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Utmarken's Gert Säfström. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Levander in the 66th minute of play forced Lindesberg RK's goalkeeper Inge Qvarnström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inge Qvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Åke Lövkvist in the 68th minute of the match. Vidar Busk might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inge Qvarnström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vidar Busk ran back to his position shaking his head. Inge Qvarnström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Levander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the game, FC Utmarken's Arne Levander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inge Qvarnström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. If Vidar Busk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arne Levander in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inge Qvarnström saved Lindesberg RK from getting behind. 8-1 became the score in the 86th minute when Arne Levander elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 89 minutes into the game, Michael Brink was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Utmarken's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lindesberg RK the free kick. In the 89th match minute, FC Utmarken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Brink to maneuver through the defense. Lindesberg RK's Håkan Sandberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gert Säfström, made in the 91st minute of the game. After some careless play in the FC Utmarken defense, Ingvar Damm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albert Forss. The FC Utmarken fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albert Forss should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the FC Utmarken players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
