In the 3rd minute, Tekie-Taka's Jakob Löv seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jakob Löv the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tekie-Taka protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jakob Löv had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Jakob Löv hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Olle Broberg struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Lawrence Sammut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Qvickens Devils. Lawrence Sammut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Broberg in the 6th minute of the match. Lawrence Sammut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Mellbad, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Lawrence Sammut came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Qvickens Devils's Marc Petersson. But to his dismay, Marc Petersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, Qvickens Devils's Magnus Uggla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lawrence Sammut made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Lawrence Sammut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amanda Eriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Olle Broberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lawrence Sammut. Olle Broberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Qvickens Devils's Marc Petersson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lawrence Sammut. That made the score 4-0 after 23 minutes of play. Lawrence Sammut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Petersson in the 31st minute of play. Lawrence Sammut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amanda Eriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Marc Petersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lawrence Sammut was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Carl Lund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Jonasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Lawrence Sammut came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Qvickens Devils's Magnus Uggla. But to his dismay, Magnus Uggla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 46th minute, Jakob Alberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Tekie-Taka's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Petersson came free, but Lawrence Sammut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carl Lund was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Qvickens Devils's goalkeeper Tomas Jonasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoffer Browall. When Qvickens Devils's Marc Petersson in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tekie-Taka's goalie prevented a goal. Lawrence Sammut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olle Broberg in the 55th minute of play. Tekie-Taka's Lawrence Sammut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Broberg in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Tekie-Taka's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Broberg came free, but Lawrence Sammut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marc Petersson scored 7-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lawrence Sammut, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lawrence Sammut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magnus Uggla in the 66th minute of the match. Lawrence Sammut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olle Broberg in the 68th minute of play. Lawrence Sammut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marc Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th match minute, Tekie-Taka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Alberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute Olle Broberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrence Sammut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lawrence Sammut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olle Broberg in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Marc Petersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lawrence Sammut was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. In the 87th match minute, Tekie-Taka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Alberg to maneuver through the defense. Amanda Eriksson took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lawrence Sammut. Lawrence Sammut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Lawrence Sammut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olle Broberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Evert Kinell's late challenge caught a Tekie-Taka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evert Kinell helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Qvickens Devils getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Evert Kinell hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Qvickens Devils fully deserved thier win.
