FC Köln's Edvin Olsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save FC Köln from getting a goal against them. Edvin Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Lilja in the 10th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes FC Köln got a freekick which was hit by Tom Riddle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Dalström in the 21st minute of play forced FC Köln's goalkeeper Edvin Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Bridgemill FC defense, Daidalos Rigatos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Helge Björk. The Bridgemill FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Helge Björk should have stopped the shot. Edvin Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rüdiger Lange in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Bridgemill FC got a corner. FC Köln's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rüdiger Lange ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arvid Öfverman kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. FC Köln's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rüdiger Lange 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Bridgemill FC's Helge Björk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daidalos Rigatos in the 32nd minute of play. If Ivan Dalström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, FC Köln's Daidalos Rigatos got a free kick in the 40th minute. Rüdiger Lange recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, 白星思 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bridgemill FC made a substitution. Per-Arne Mickelsson replaced György Puskás. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gylippus Galitsis to make the kick off. When Gylippus Galitsis came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the FC Köln fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gylippus Galitsis couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Bridgemill FC's Helge Björk got control of the ball when Bengt-Åke Vallmark tried to sneak it across the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, FC Köln's Bengt-Åke Vallmark nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Helge Björk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Edvin Olsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Dalström's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Edvin Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Dalström in the 58th minute of the match. Helge Björk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daidalos Rigatos in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, FC Köln's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Dalström came free, but Edvin Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Daidalos Rigatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helge Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
