Dan Bergstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fotbolls Grisarna. Pelle Flinck who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Sven-Olof Tunander when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pelle Flinck made a kick off. A collision led to Jämjö IFK getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. The corner led Fotbolls Grisarna's Stephan Gardner to fire away a dangerous shot which Dan Bergstedt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ingemar Fransson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jämjö IFK's Dan Bergstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Ruppen in the 79th minute of play forced Jämjö IFK's goalkeeper Dan Bergstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
