When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Thomas Case sped through Forsbacka IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Arne Gustavsson. In the 17th match minute, STHLM södra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Case to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Vedad Ibišević dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sven-Arne Gustavsson, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Forsbacka IK's Stellan Pihlwall got a free kick in the 51st minute. STHLM södra's Sverker Axelsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Forsbacka IK. After a rather tough play, Forsbacka IK's Viktor Granberg got a free kick in the 61st minute. After some careless play in the Forsbacka IK defense, Thomas Case kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Arne Gustavsson. The Forsbacka IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Arne Gustavsson should have stopped the shot. After 65 played minutes Forsbacka IK got a freekick which was hit by Stellan Pihlwall. Thomas Case received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Sven-Arne Gustavsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69thth minute of the game Thomas Case who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Forsbacka IK's Sven-Arne Gustavsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute Thomas Case shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Arne Gustavsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Edwardo charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matias Edwardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Forsbacka IK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Matias Edwardo hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes Forsbacka IK got a freekick which was hit by Matias Edwardo. Forsbacka IK's Sven-Arne Gustavsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Case in the 82nd minute of play. STHLM södra's Freddie Soned proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save STHLM södra from getting a goal against them. Ture Wiklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Freddie Soned made a huge save. Matias Edwardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Arne Gustavsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Mastrangelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. STHLM södra had won after a very even match.
