Spectators: 7567 (Terracing: 5761, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 40) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Johnny Lingren got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Fredric Isaksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rickard Alebom. MondeSValöf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fredric Isaksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 8th minute, Fredric Isaksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, MondeSValöf's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Isaksson came free, but Rickard Alebom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 played minutes Södra Mellby IF got a freekick which was hit by Jan Gustavsson. Harry Gunnarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rickard Alebom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harry Gunnarsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rickard Alebom read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. When Hermengildo Abascal fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MondeSValöf's protests and gave Hermengildo Abascal a yellow card for diving instead. Hermengildo Abascal kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Harry Gunnarsson sped through MondeSValöf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rickard Alebom. Rickard Alebom was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Leopold Van Gestelt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leopold Van Gestelt really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After 44 played minutes Södra Mellby IF got a freekick which was hit by Joar Hansson. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Harry Gunnarsson made the kick off in the second half. When Södra Mellby IF's Harry Gunnarsson in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MondeSValöf's goalie prevented a goal. 59 minutes into the match, MondeSValöf's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Gunnarsson came free, but Rickard Alebom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Södra Mellby IF's Fredric Isaksson got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute Harry Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Alebom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Södra Mellby IF's Daniel Biörnberg got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Valentin Abrahamsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the game, Södra Mellby IF's Fredric Isaksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rickard Alebom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Fredric Isaksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rickard Alebom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84 minutes, Harry Gunnarsson made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. MondeSValöf's Rickard Alebom tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the match, MondeSValöf's goal looked a bit too open when Fredric Isaksson came free, but Rickard Alebom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rickard Alebom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Gunnarsson in the 90th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Södra Mellby IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
