In the 5th minute Lúcio Vilaça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Lúcio Vilaça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carl Danielsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Franck Graziani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Franck Graziani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Herrhagen Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Andersson to maneuver through the defense. After 24 played minutes Herrhagen Crew got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Andersson. Örjan Hökqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Carl Danielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Olle Åkerström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herrhagen Crew's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gretchen AIS the free kick. Olle Åkerström hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Egon Östensson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Örjan Hökqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Danielsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Franck Graziani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Carl Danielsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 37 minutes, Roy Hedberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gretchen AIS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Hedberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herrhagen Crew's Carl Danielsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franck Graziani in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Roy Hedberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Gretchen AIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Vilaça to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The wind increased when Adrian Andersson made the kick off in the second half. Carl Danielsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Hedberg in the 55th minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Herrhagen Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Andersson to maneuver through the defense. Lúcio Vilaça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Filip Speich made a precise shot to the right of Carl Danielsson. Herrhagen Crew's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Lúcio Vilaça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carl Danielsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Lúcio Vilaça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Carl Danielsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Herrhagen Crew's Carl Danielsson got control of the ball when Roy Hedberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roy Hedberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Carl Danielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Herrhagen Crew's zone, Lúcio Vilaça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Danielsson came out of the goal and Lúcio Vilaça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carl Danielsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Vilaça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gretchen AIS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
