Björn Harman hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Stefan Moberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Walter Henriksson charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walter Henriksson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Allan Beckman came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the FC Ickeluss fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Beckman couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the game, FC Ickeluss's Walter Henriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jörgen Hultstrand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jörgen Hultstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Klack, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Allan Beckman to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sigvard Klack got free with Jörgen Hultstrand in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes into the match, Skåpafors's goalkeeper Jörgen Hultstrand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Allan Beckman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Moberg in the 64th minute of play forced FC Ickeluss's goalkeeper Aleksander Bergqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Edvin Gullesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Hultstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Skåpafors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jörgen Hultstrand should have stopped the shot. The supporters of FC Ickeluss booed when Skåpafors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Harman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sigvard Klack could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Jörgen Hultstrand made a huge save.
