When Sven-Oskar Broman fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Björneborg BF's protests and gave Sven-Oskar Broman a yellow card for diving instead. Sven-Oskar Broman hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Valter Mellin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakob Alegren's late challenge caught a Cheetah Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakob Alegren helped the player get up and apologised. 28 minutes into the game, Karl-Johan Skarkman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Björneborg BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cheetah Team the free kick. After 30 minutes Björneborg BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Egon Ahlbom who took care of the corner kick. Kalle Joelson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Mellin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalle Joelson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dick Forssell in the 36th minute. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Björneborg BF! Kalle Joelson had in the 42ndth minute some difficulties stopping Egon Ahlbom's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valter Mellin couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Cheetah Team booed when Björneborg BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Xacintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Cheetah Team's Valter Mellin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kalle Joelson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Dick Forssell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Valter Mellin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cheetah Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Valter Mellin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalle Joelson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Björneborg BF getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Luisito Xacintu hit a great ball. After 76 played minutes Björneborg BF got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Xacintu. After a rather tough play, Björneborg BF's Luisito Xacintu got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes in the game Luisito Xacintu did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Erin Skietnieks. When Luisito Xacintu fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Many of Björneborg BF's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Björneborg BF may have spent more time on the ball, but Cheetah Team were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
