After some careless play in the IF Leikin defense, Karl-Magnus Harlén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baturay Kutsan. The IF Leikin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baturay Kutsan should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in IF Leikin's zone, Karl-Magnus Harlén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baturay Kutsan came out of the goal and Karl-Magnus Harlén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th match minute, IF Leikin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Kaxe to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the game, Karl-Magnus Harlén cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Baturay Kutsan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Drottningens Parkväktare booed when IF Leikin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Andersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Magnus Harlén in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baturay Kutsan prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Baturay Kutsan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Magnus Harlén's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. IF Leikin's Baturay Kutsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Gabino in the 68th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vladimír Šach couldn't finish the play. Drottningens Parkväktare's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
