A nice corner shot did that Karl-Johan Skarkman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baturay Kutsan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Baturay Kutsan was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Sven-Oskar Broman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sven-Oskar Broman really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. Sven-Oskar Bromans short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Baturay Kutsan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kalle Joelson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Åke Waller in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Oskar Broman was the one to do the kick off. Baturay Kutsan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dag Ahlström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 53 minutes, Erin Skietnieks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Björneborg BF and the IF Leikin players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute of the match, Rune Bergman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kalle Joelson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 70th minute, Karl-Erik Vallengren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl-Åke Waller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Kalle Joelson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Björneborg BF got a freekick which was hit by Erin Skietnieks. Alf Andersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Kalle Joelson made a huge save. IF Leikin's Baturay Kutsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Broman in the 81st minute of play. Björneborg BF's Åke Röd was substituted for Sven-Oskar Broman. The corner ended in Karl-Johan Skarkman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but IF Leikin's Baturay Kutsan did a great save. Baturay Kutsan didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Björneborg BF's Åke Röd shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-2 in the ordered_time% minute.
