Osvald Alin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magne Lindström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Ove Asmundsson in the 24th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Valskog IF's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Ove Asmundsson came free, but Magne Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kungssten Kings's Osvald Alin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvald Torstensson in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Valskog IF fully deserved thier win.
