Valskog IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paul Strömqvist in the 6th minute. With a little luck, Valskog IF's Magne Lindström got control of the ball when Jens-Åke Malmgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Magne Lindström managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Bolltrollarnas BK's Tarık Hanecioğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Valskog IF's zone, Harald Skog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magne Lindström came out of the goal and Harald Skog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Conrado Pello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes Bolltrollarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Vilhelm Pilblad. After 33 played minutes Bolltrollarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Sven Arvidsson. When Conrado Pello came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Bolltrollarnas BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Pello couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, Bolltrollarnas BK's Conrado Pello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magne Lindström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 42 minutes into the match, Bolltrollarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Osvald Torstensson came free, but Christian Alebeck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Tarık Hanecioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tarık Hanecioğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Bolltrollarnas BK's Conrado Pello got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Harald Skog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvald Torstensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Alebeck having to interfere. Magne Lindström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burt Pearce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute of the match Harald Skog shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magne Lindström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Magne Lindström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burt Pearce in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Elliott Lilja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magne Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarık Hanecioğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 88th minute, Conrado Pello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bolltrollarnas BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After having played for 91 minutes, Osvald Torstensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
