The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Herman Engström was the one to do the kick off. Jimmie Klintæus was slow to take the kick. During this time Simrishamn's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Jimmie Klintæus got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tor-Ivar Storm quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tor-Ivar Storm had great luck who in the 85thth minute grab hold of the ball when Herman Engström from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Jimmie Klintæus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 played minutes Simrishamn got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Jansson. In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Haga IF. Georg Henriksson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roger Eriksson. 6-0. Roger Eriksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernest Froněk's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. Haga IF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
