The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christoffer Vennerlund to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Giuseppe Sá the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mockfjärd protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Giuseppe Sá had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Bo Ekström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boruc Serwacki having to make a save. Nils-Åke Hedvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Boruc Serwacki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 minutes, Alex Wikander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Porto and the Mockfjärd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mockfjärd's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
