Spectators: 7682 (Terracing: 5762, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ronny Magnusson started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Bograngen FF booed when Lenhovda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mårten Söderquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eddy Tubbs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Guadagnoli took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valter Colin. Valter Colin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Lenhovda's Patrick Sillén got a free kick in the 19th minute. Lenhovda's Ib Schnipper proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Lenhovda from getting a goal against them. Ola Boström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ib Schnipper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrick Sillén hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 35 played minutes Lenhovda got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Guadagnoli. 36 minutes into the match, Lenhovda's goalkeeper Ib Schnipper had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Palmkvist. In the 37th minute, Eddy Tubbs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Ronny Magnusson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lenhovda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 45 minutes into the game, Bograngen FF's Daniel Palmkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ib Schnipper made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The wind increased when Witomir Piechna made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lenhovda's Christopher Palmquist got a free kick in the 50th minute. When Eddy Tubbs fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bograngen FF's protests and gave Eddy Tubbs a yellow card for diving instead. Eddy Tubbs hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Eddy Tubbs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ib Schnipper having to interfere. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lenhovda's goalkeeper Ib Schnipper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mårten Söderquist kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Witomir Piechna took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ib Schnipper. Ib Schnipper dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Bograngen FF's Valter Colin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Bograngen FF from getting a goal against them. After 75 played minutes Bograngen FF got a freekick which was hit by Albin Alberg. Witomir Piechna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ib Schnipper having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Bruno Guadagnoli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fructuoso Valerón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Lenhovda's zone, Ola Boström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ib Schnipper came out of the goal and Ola Boström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the match, Bruno Guadagnoli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valter Colin, 2-3.
