Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. John Kämpe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ove Hake made a huge save. A collision led to Kurdistan CF getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gustav Engström hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Bjurström in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erland Spetz saved Kurdistan CF from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Kurdistan CF's Måns Wallin got a free kick in the 21st minute. John Kämpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ove Hake made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when John Kämpe sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurdistan CF's goalkeeper Erland Spetz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nils Liedholm IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marc Juhlin in the 31st minute. Marc Juhlin made a great header on Nils Liedholm IF's corner, it was just that Kurdistan CF's Erland Spetz managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 45th play minute John Kämpe came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ove Hake. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

55 minutes into the game, Xalbador Sparke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ove Hake was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58thth minute of the game Xalbador Sparke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nils Liedholm IF's Ove Hake was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ove Hake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Åke Kolberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ove Hake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xalbador Sparke in the 64th minute of the match. In the 70th minute John Kämpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Hake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Nils Liedholm IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Åke Kolberg came free, but Ove Hake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Östen Olsson charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Östen Olsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 80 minutes, John Kämpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kurdistan CF and the Nils Liedholm IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erland Spetz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Bjurström in the 92nd minute of play. Kurdistan CF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
