The supporters of Shawshank Prisoners FC booed when Kurdistan CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Sandström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustav Fernström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Sandström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Kurdistan CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gustav Fernström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Ove Sandström, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Martin Lagerberg came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Shawshank Prisoners FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Lagerberg couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Eriksson to make the kick off. Gustav Fernström made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Edward Eriksson sent off a good shot on target. Brian Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erland Spetz having to interfere. In the 66th minute Brian Persson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erland Spetz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. At last the ball reached Simon Vester at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Kurdistan CF. 1-1. In the 73rdth minute of the game Billy Björkkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kurdistan CF's Erland Spetz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erland Spetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Lagerberg in the 76th minute of the match. Erland Spetz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Lagerberg in the 82nd minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Kurdistan CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Ove Sandström to maneuver through the defense. After 86 played minutes Kurdistan CF got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Engström. Erland Spetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Heggert in the 89th minute of the match.
