With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yngve Bäckström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yngve Bäckström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peter Möllgren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Liden FF's goalkeeper Yngve Bäckström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tony Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Tony Karlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Karlsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yngve Bäckström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tony Karlsson ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over Falkenbergs FF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Liden FF throughout the match.
