Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jörgen Bjurström made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Hillared got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Bergkvist. In the 5th minute, Hillared's Richard Jansson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ove Hake. Ove Hake yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 9th minute, Einar Borre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute Zebastian Österlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Fagrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John Säfström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ove Hake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Hillared getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Gustaf Nyberg hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Karl-Oskar Fridlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes of play, Nils Liedholm IF's Jörgen Bjurström made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jesper Axelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ove Hake stood somewhat misplaced when John Säfström came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 33 minute. Egil Karlstedt charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egil Karlstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute of the match Marc Juhlin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jesper Axelsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Hillared's goal looked a bit too open when Kalle Norström came free, but Jesper Axelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jörgen Bjurström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesper Axelsson was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Wictor Bergkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ove Hake having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 50th minute, Kalle Norström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 52 played minutes Hillared got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Nyström. Marc Juhlin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jesper Axelsson. Hillared's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wictor Bergkvist hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Kleen got free with Jesper Axelsson in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Birger Kleens short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Jesper Axelsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Nils Liedholm IF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Karl-Oskar Fridlund hit a great ball. If Martin Fagrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustaf Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Hake having to interfere. Ove Hake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Fagrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ove Hake didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Fagrell went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Jesper Axelsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birger Kleen in the 79th minute. In the 81stth minute of the game Jörgen Bjurström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hillared's Jesper Axelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Alström in the 85th minute of play forced Nils Liedholm IF's goalkeeper Ove Hake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hillared's Gustaf Nyberg got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaf Nyberg hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Nils Liedholm IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hillared.
