Ingemar Willig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isak Lundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Hans Löfgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Örjan Levander in the 6th minute. Håkan Björklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Hans Löfgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mark Björnsson struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ingemar Willig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Björkhöjden. Björkhöjden's Hans Löfgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Björklund in the 19th minute of play. Ingemar Willig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Vennerdal in the 24th minute of play. After 24th play minutes Mark Björnsson shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Ingemar Willig and just under the crossbar into goal. Ingemar Willig came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Björkhöjden's Isak Lundin. But to his dismay, Isak Lundin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, Björkhöjden's Hans Löfgren got control of the ball when Örjan Levander tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Stennäs FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Björkhöjden were winning 0-2.

A collision led to Björkhöjden getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ingmar Qvarnström hit a great ball. Stennäs FF made a substitution. Åke Ahlquist replaced Arman Sandberg. Stennäs FF made a substitution. Simon Barck replaced Henry Bergström. After 57 played minutes Björkhöjden got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Qvarnström. With a little luck, Stennäs FF's Ingemar Willig got control of the ball when Jack Vennerdal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Stennäs FF's goal looked a bit too open when Isak Lundin came free, but Ingemar Willig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Isak Lundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingemar Willig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björkhöjden's Hans Löfgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Örjan Levander in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Björkhöjden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Bengtsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Håkan Björklund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stennäs FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 75th match minute, Björkhöjden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Olsson to maneuver through the defense. Ingemar Willig made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ronny Sillén sent off a good shot on target. Hans Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute Isak Lundin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 89 minutes into the game, Vilgot Lundberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stennäs FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Björkhöjden the free kick. After 89 played minutes Stennäs FF got a freekick which was hit by Vilgot Lundberg. Vilgot Lundberg hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Björkhöjden got a corner. Stennäs FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ingmar Qvarnström ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Isak Lundin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stennäs FF's Ingemar Willig did a great save. Henning Lingren scored 2-3 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Löfgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Björkhöjden walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
