When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Lautaro Martines put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Lars-Erik Hylander. Nistor Mergea struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Lars-Erik Hylander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cohaerentia F.C.. Lars-Erik Hylander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Martines, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 44 played minutes IFK Fölet got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Geofredo. The supporters of Cohaerentia F.C. booed when IFK Fölet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Geofredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Geofredo in the 48th minute of play forced Cohaerentia F.C.'s goalkeeper Sven-Åke Hedling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lázaro Amaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Lázaro Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars-Erik Hylander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by IFK Fölet's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lázaro Amaro was slow to take the kick. During this time Cohaerentia F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Lázaro Amaro made a great header on Cohaerentia F.C.'s corner, it was just that IFK Fölet's Lars-Erik Hylander managed to reach the ball for a save. Lázaro Amaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lars-Erik Hylander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
