The audience was convinced that Algot Ennegren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henning Åström was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. In the 40th minute Algot Ennegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Casper Grönberg scored to the left of an out of position 郑皓默, making the score, 1-3. Dennis Martinsson's late challenge caught a Bajens Lirare BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Martinsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Vi Är Gnaget...AIK were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Algot Ennegren to make the kick off. When the final whistle sounded Vi Är Gnaget...AIK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bajens Lirare BK.
