After some careless play in the FC Shed End defense, Jens-Ove Magnusson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stig-Ove Hedkvist. The FC Shed End fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stig-Ove Hedkvist should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the match, FC Shed End's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Silva came free, but Stig-Ove Hedkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Ove Hedkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aykutalp Ezgü received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Herbert Valler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aykutalp Ezgü had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig-Ove Hedkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Magnusson in the 34th minute of the match. Herbert Valler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aykutalp Ezgü in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Aykutalp Ezgü ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herbert Valler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Ove Magnusson made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Östers IF's goal looked a bit too open when Aykutalp Ezgü came free, but Herbert Valler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aykutalp Ezgü blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herbert Valler having to make a save. Herbert Valler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aykutalp Ezgü, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Östers IF's Herbert Valler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykutalp Ezgü in the 62nd minute of play. When FC Shed End's Aykutalp Ezgü in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Östers IF's goalie prevented a goal. Östers IF's Herbert Valler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aykutalp Ezgü in the 67th minute of play. FC Shed End's Aykutalp Ezgü got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Shed End's Luka Langoni was substituted for Leonardo Axelsson. Aykutalp Ezgü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Valler having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Östers IF's zone, Nigg Erek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Valler came out of the goal and Nigg Erek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When FC Shed End's Silvestre Gar in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Östers IF's goalie prevented a goal. Herbert Valler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Gar, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Shed End had played much better football throughout.
