Herman Vidman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Max Mohammad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Olofsson scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herman Vidman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herman Vidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Herman Vidman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Max Mohammad's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Marko Gustavsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Vidman having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Max Mohammad made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Claes Ahlroht reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Herman Vidman. The goal made the score 0-8. Max Mohammad in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Herman Vidman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 63rd minute Max Mohammad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herman Vidman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. Herman Vidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Liermann in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th match minute, Örsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charlie Tunström to maneuver through the defense. Newcastle United FC played a much better game than Örsjö and deserved their victory. The Örsjö players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
