The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sven-Oskar Beneth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitaliy van der Aa in the 14th minute of play forced Hovby IF's goalkeeper Leonardo Jara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Jara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, GrassNuts FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Fransson to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes, Hovby IF's Sven-Oskar Beneth shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Su Peng Jian came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hovby IF reached it. 24 minutes into the game, Oliver Tsubasa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Su Peng Jian. Oliver Tsubasa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Su Peng Jian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Tsubasa's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Hovby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre-Emile Højbjerg came free, but Leonardo Jara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Su Peng Jian managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Hovby IF's Oliver Tsubasa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hovby IF's Leonardo Jara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitaliy van der Aa in the 35th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Viking Maagaardshus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hovby IF and the GrassNuts FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Hovby IF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Viking Maagaardshus hit a great ball. Su Peng Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Tsubasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Su Peng Jian came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Hovby IF's Jan-Ove Håning. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Håning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Leonardo Jara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the game, GrassNuts FC's Pierre-Emile Højbjerg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Jara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vitaliy van der Aa to make the kick off. When Pierre-Emile Højbjerg came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the GrassNuts FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre-Emile Højbjerg couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Ove Håning in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Su Peng Jian saved GrassNuts FC from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jan-Ove Håning came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Hovby IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Ove Håning couldn't finish the play. Leonardo Jara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roger Magnusson in the 65th minute. Roger Magnusson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Leonardo Jara made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Tsubasa in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Su Peng Jian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Su Peng Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Tsubasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Oliver Tsubasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Su Peng Jian was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. The audience was convinced that Oliver Tsubasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Su Peng Jian was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game.
