After taking down the ball on Galapagos Islands FC's corner Boris Marsac fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Brede Bonk quite easily take care of the ball. Anthon Karlsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukas Bambas in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute Ulf Finsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthon Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brede Bonk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgün Hatip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brede Bonk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özgün Hatip in the 22nd minute of the match. Ulf Finsberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anthon Karlsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Ulf Finsberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anthon Karlsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Ulf Finsberg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. When Galapagos Islands FC's Sigvart Biegel in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Anthon Karlsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lukas Bambas went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 38th match minute, Galapagos Islands FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Marsac to maneuver through the defense. Anthon Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukas Bambas, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, AC Perugia Calcio's Gustaf Östlund got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Lukas Bambas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Galapagos Islands FC made a substitution. Aleksander Winszman replaced Markus Åström. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Perugia Calcio! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lukas Bambas was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigvart Biegel in the 58th minute of play forced AC Perugia Calcio's goalkeeper Brede Bonk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaf Östlund hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Niklas Möller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Perugia Calcio's Brede Bonk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvart Biegel in the 72nd minute of play.
