An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastián Rambert in the 13th minute of play forced Galapagos Islands FC's goalkeeper Anthon Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Samim Nevsal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anthon Karlsson. Galapagos Islands FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samim Nevsal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 19 minutes, Gijs van Zijderveld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galapagos Islands FC and the TSIGALKO players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of TSIGALKO booed when Galapagos Islands FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gijs van Zijderveld didn't get a good kick on the ball. 慕容 复 was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, TSIGALKO's Adam Dahlquist got a free kick in the 24th minute. Anthon Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samim Nevsal in the 33rd minute of the match. When TSIGALKO's Samim Nevsal in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galapagos Islands FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 45th minute Samim Nevsal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthon Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samim Nevsal was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Galapagos Islands FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Radomil Mroczynski hit a great ball. Samim Nevsal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TSIGALKO were furious when Joakim Termander was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TSIGALKO! The referee gave Galapagos Islands FC a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Niklas Möller, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TSIGALKO's Isak Björkdal. 1-1. Galapagos Islands FC's Radomil Mroczynski got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, TSIGALKO's goal looked a bit too open when Özgün Hatip came free, but Isak Björkdal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 played minutes TSIGALKO got a freekick which was hit by Örjan Sandell. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Radomil Mroczynski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galapagos Islands FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomil Mroczynski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isak Björkdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Özgün Hatip might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isak Björkdal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Özgün Hatip ran back to his position shaking his head. Isak Björkdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boris Marsac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Galapagos Islands FC's Anthon Karlsson got control of the ball when 慕容 复 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute, Rešo Orte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner led TSIGALKO's Adam Dahlquist to fire away a dangerous shot which Anthon Karlsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marko Karlberg got free with Anthon Karlsson in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute of the match TSIGALKO got a corner. Galapagos Islands FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 慕容 复 ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that 慕容 复 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anthon Karlsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 85th minute, Boris Marsac ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isak Björkdal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Isak Björkdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Mroczynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 91 minutes, Niklas Möller mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galapagos Islands FC and the TSIGALKO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baldemer Feal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastián Rambert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anthon Karlsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Galapagos Islands FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while TSIGALKO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
