The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Örnberg in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Vallander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mazinho Borges in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Totakoxe saved BK Södra from getting behind. Mazinho Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When BK Södra's Rickard Örnberg in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 24th play minutes Rickard Örnberg shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Kristian Vallander and just under the crossbar into goal. Mazinho Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st match minute, BK Södra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Örnberg to maneuver through the defense. After 34 minutes of play, Odens Boys Bollklubb's Magnus Gulliksson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Totakoxe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mazinho Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Maximino Totakoxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristian Vallander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rickard Örnberg's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Bernt Hermansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rickard Örnberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kristian Vallander. Odens Boys Bollklubb's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rickard Örnberg made a kick off. With a little luck, Odens Boys Bollklubb's Kristian Vallander got control of the ball when Jonas Wenerdahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. BK Södra's Frank Josefsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kristian Vallander in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When BK Södra's Rickard Örnberg in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. BK Södra's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
