In the 29thth minute of the game Joachim Käller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alvesta GIF's Roy Åberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roy Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Käller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Olivedals BK booed when Alvesta GIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olov Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Olivedals BK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
