Spectators: 8120 (Terracing: 6092, Seating: 1867, VIP seats: 161) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Niklas Bäck kicked off to start the match. Niklas Bäcks short, quick shot in the 4thth minute got Roy Skager to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 6th minute, Niklas Bäck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Thames Ironworks FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Nardone came free, but Dick Melander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niklas Bäck got free with Roy Skager in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dick Melander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaf Larsson in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, MIGGAN Utd's Roy Skager got control of the ball when Niklas Bäck tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niklas Bäck got free with Roy Skager in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. MIGGAN Utd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Niklas Bäck scored to the left of an out of position Roy Skager, making the score, 2-0. After having played for 26 minutes, Edinson Cavani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MIGGAN Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edinson Cavani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Roy Skager managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Thames Ironworks FC's Niklas Bäck fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dick Melander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Larsson in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 minutes, Niklas Bäck made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. MIGGAN Utd's Roy Skager tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Roy Skager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Bäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edinson Cavani made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, MIGGAN Utd's Edinson Cavani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dick Melander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60thth minute of the game Niklas Bäck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MIGGAN Utd's Roy Skager was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roy Skager stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niklas Bäck's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute, Niklas Bäck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thames Ironworks FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Niklas Bäck took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roy Skager. Roy Skager dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 77 minutes into the game, Gilbert Blicharz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Dick Melander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilbert Blicharz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dick Melander. That made the score 5-2 in the 81 minute of play. When Thames Ironworks FC's Niklas Bäck in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MIGGAN Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Dick Melander was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Gustaf Larsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gustaf Larsson really showed his touch with that goal: 5-3. When Thames Ironworks FC's Niklas Bäck in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MIGGAN Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Niklas Bäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Thames Ironworks FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while MIGGAN Utd had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
