Dulwich Hamlet BK's Aivo Pärjasaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Wojno in the 22nd minute of play. Anabolic Boys were furious when Elinór Elin was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Anabolic Boys fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Saveliy Elin had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Niclas Haström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Anabolic Boys's goalkeeper Saveliy Elin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casado Quintanilla. King Elin hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Saveliy Elin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niclas Haström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saveliy Elin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lu Sha Xing in the 41st minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Aivo Pärjasaar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Wojno's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Dulwich Hamlet BK's Kent Hedlund was substituted for Leonard Moberg. After a rather tough play, Dulwich Hamlet BK's Casado Quintanilla got a free kick in the 72nd minute. If Niclas Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Anabolic Boys defense, Lu Sha Xing kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saveliy Elin. The Anabolic Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saveliy Elin should have stopped the shot. Dulwich Hamlet BK's Aivo Pärjasaar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Dulwich Hamlet BK from getting a goal against them. Anabolic Boys's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
