Zekai Suat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Black Cold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ninjas FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Per-Åke Sundberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Malmö FF's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Malmö FF's corner Per-Åke Sundberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gösta Andreasson quite easily take care of the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Torsten Sundström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gösta Andreasson, 1-0. In the 18th minute, Stor Stad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zekai Suat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Black Cold went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Torsten Sundström took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Gösta Andreasson to make any attempt to save it. Zekai Suat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Black Cold's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Sundström came free, but Gösta Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Sundström came free, but Gösta Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Stor Stad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Ninjas FK's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Sundström came free, but Gösta Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ninjas FK's Gösta Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dries Vedder in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Sundström in the 68th minute of play forced Ninjas FK's goalkeeper Gösta Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gösta Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute Florian Candeloro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Florian Candeloro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gösta Andreasson. Ninjas FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florian Candeloro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After 83 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Min Peng. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrik Holmberg in the 84th minute of play forced Ninjas FK's goalkeeper Gösta Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Ninjas FK got a freekick which was hit by Black Cold. Gösta Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulrik Holmberg in the 90th minute of play. Black Cold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulrik Holmberg scored 5-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gösta Andreasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Malmö FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
