Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kjell-Arne Jakobsson to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Honorato Nabar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rutger Landin was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The Great Ottoman Empire's Otto Alströmmer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Barry Banks in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 73rd minute Gert Haeger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barry Banks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kjell-Arne Jakobsson made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 77thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Barry Banks would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The The Great Ottoman Empire fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when The Great Ottoman Empire's Kjell-Arne Jakobsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 80 played minutes The Great Ottoman Empire got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Lindgren. Honorato Nabar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rutger Landin having to interfere. Barry Banks came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by The Great Ottoman Empire's Dávid Kiss. But to his dismay, Dávid Kiss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Barry Banks didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kjell-Arne Jakobsson went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched The Great Ottoman Empire eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
