Spectators: 8017 (Terracing: 6015, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) Jofurs Drängar's Alfons Helström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Alfons Helström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Olejmeulen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilbert Björklund's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nicolas Olejmeulen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kim Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Tidén in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes Jofurs Drängar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl-Magnus Tidén who took care of the corner kick. In the 11thth minute of the game Alfons Helström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sputchi FC's Nicolas Olejmeulen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 11 played minutes Sputchi FC got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Molander. Kenny Molander was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Eskil Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Åkesson having to interfere. In the 25th minute Mattias Tidéksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Åkesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kim Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Tidén in the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Vedat Arslanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Olejmeulen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Ted Salkvist managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. With a little luck, Sputchi FC's Nicolas Olejmeulen got control of the ball when Michael Jakobsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Michael Jakobsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nicolas Olejmeulen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfons Helström went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Kristoffer Hedström hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 50th minute Magnus Glad suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Mattias Tidéksson fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sputchi FC's protests and gave Mattias Tidéksson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Mattias Tidéksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute of the match Michael Jakobsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas Olejmeulen skillfully saved the ball. Nicolas Olejmeulen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vedat Arslanoğlu in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Vedat Arslanoğlu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Sputchi FC's Nicolas Olejmeulen. Nicolas Olejmeulen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kim Åkesson was a little too slow when Kenny Molander got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Karl-Magnus Tidén managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sputchi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Magnus Tidén was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kim Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jofurs Drängar's Douglas Linqvist was substituted for Kristoffer Hedström. Harald Josefsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Åkesson having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Jofurs Drängar got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Helström. 82 minutes into the match, Sputchi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Helström came free, but Nicolas Olejmeulen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kenny Molander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michael Jakobsson during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sputchi FC booed when Jofurs Drängar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute Michael Jakobsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Olejmeulen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Jofurs Drängar's Tony Lange sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Olejmeulen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Jofurs Drängar had won after a very even match.
