The Lions's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iustin Braniște was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The The Lions fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evert Mellberg should have stopped the shot. The Dingos from hell players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
