A collision led to Öjeby IF getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kent Dahlberg hit a great ball. Norbert Kasprzykowski hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Sharkin in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon Markusson saved Broakulla from getting behind. Jon Markusson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After having played for 45 minutes, Norbert Kasprzykowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Broakulla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Kasprzykowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robin Höijer to strike the kick off in the second half. Jon Markusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Donatello in the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute Ulysses Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Markusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Broakulla's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jim Sundberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Öjeby IF's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulysses Donatello in the 55th minute of play forced Broakulla's goalkeeper Jon Markusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Broakulla's Zdzislaw Zgonina got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Öjeby IF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
