After a rather tough play, Wetterqvist Boys BK's Sebastian Larsson got a free kick in the 10th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Erik Källberg got free with Nils-Åke Dahlqvist in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dennis Unesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Wallengren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivar Wallengren took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Unesson. Dennis Unesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dennis Unesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timmy Bergfeldt in the 32nd minute of play. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Erik Tunberg in the 34th minute of play. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jakob Fredriksson's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Snell in the 38th minute of play. Wetterqvist Boys BK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustaf Snell in the 39th minute. The corner ended in Sven-Erik Låsberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson did a great save. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Per-Erik Tunberg sent off a good shot on target. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Erik Låsberg in the 42nd minute of play. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timmy Bergfeldt made a kick off. Dennis Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Snell, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Nils-Åke Dahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Erik Tunberg in the 52nd minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Brandbergen Bears got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Oskar Björkman. 57 minutes into the match, Wetterqvist Boys BK's Gustaf Snell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dennis Unesson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Timmy Bergfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Dennis Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Erik Låsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. With a little luck, Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson got control of the ball when Gustaf Snell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harald Frykberg took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils-Åke Dahlqvist. It was a penalty for Brandbergen Bears! In the 97th minute Jens-Erik Källberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Åke Dahlqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Wetterqvist Boys BK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brandbergen Bears.
