In the 13th minute, Olov Åkesson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paul Tolsson. The goal made the score 1-0. With his leg Paul Tolsson managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Elefanterna's Hjalmar Hjort fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 21 minutes into the match, Elefanterna's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Nieuzyla came free, but Ove Orm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hjalmar Hjort took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paul Tolsson. Paul Tolsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ove Orm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Haström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olov Åkesson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paul Tolsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egil Eagle got free with Paul Tolsson in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 41 minutes, Olov Åkesson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elefanterna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olov Åkesson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ove Orm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bogumil Nieuzyla in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliver Haström made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogumil Nieuzyla in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ove Orm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paul Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Hjort in the 54th minute of the match. Ove Orm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogumil Nieuzyla in the 57th minute of play. After 59 minutes, Egil Eagle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elefanterna and the Slagpåsarna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Egil Eagle kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Slagpåsarna getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Rikard Billström hit a great ball. In the 72nd match minute, Slagpåsarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Nieuzyla to maneuver through the defense. After 74 minutes Slagpåsarna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rickard Hjälm who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Rickard Hjälm almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Slagpåsarna's Paul Tolsson did a great save. When Slagpåsarna's Bogumil Nieuzyla in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Elefanterna's goalie prevented a goal. If Oliver Haström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Olov Åkesson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paul Tolsson. Slagpåsarna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olov Åkesson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Ove Orm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogumil Nieuzyla in the 94th minute of play. Johan Vennerlund charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johan Vennerlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes, Elefanterna's Rickard Hjälm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paul Tolsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elefanterna reached it. Elefanterna's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
